Legends Wall is an initiative to recognise the players, managers, directors, employees, volunteers and supporters that have had a positive impact on the club and its progression. Whilst it is important to embrace the move to our new home, it is equally important to preserve and celebrate the clubs proud heritage. Following consultation with the Morecambe FC board of directors, the Trust has been granted permission to develop a ‘Legends Wall’ along the perimeter wall at the rear of the home end terrace.
Supporters can nominate candidates throughout the season by completing nomination forms and leaving these at the Trust Information Point or by emailing their selections to shrimpstrust@gmail.com. Inductees will be selected by the Shrimps Trust membership from submitted nominations. Banners for all inductees will be displayed along the wall, whilst information and stories about the ‘Legends’ will be hosted on the Trust website.
